Customer Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Flashtask.ai platform, you agree to be bound by these Customer Terms and Conditions ("Customer Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Flashtask.ai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Customer Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our services through your account are aware of these terms and comply with them.

3. Service Booking and Cancellation

When you book a service through Flashtask.ai, you enter into a direct agreement with the service provider (Vendor). Flashtask.ai acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the service agreement between you and the Vendor. Cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.

4. Payments

All payments for services are processed through our designated payment gateways. By providing your payment information, you authorize Flashtask.ai to charge the applicable fees for the services you book. All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact our support team within 24 hours of service completion.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information

Harass, abuse, or harm Vendors or other users

Attempt to circumvent the platform by soliciting Vendors for services outside of Flashtask.ai

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Flashtask.ai platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dashboard Automation Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dashboard Automation Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or the services provided by Vendors.

9. Governing Law

These Customer Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Customer Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
