At Flashtask.ai, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every service booked through our platform. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed, and how disputes are resolved.
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Customer Cancellations
Free cancellation: Customers may cancel any booking free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled service start time.Late cancellation (less than 6 hours): A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking value will be charged.No-show: If the customer is not present at the service location at the scheduled time without prior notice, the full booking amount will be charged.1.2. Vendor Cancellations
If a Vendor cancels a confirmed booking, the customer will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days.Repeated Vendor cancellations may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.1.3. Platform-Initiated Cancellations
Flashtask.ai reserves the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, force majeure). In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.2. Refund Policy
2.1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
The service was not delivered as described or agreed upon.The Vendor failed to show up without prior notice.The service was cancelled by the Vendor or by Flashtask.ai.A verified quality complaint is submitted within 24 hours of service completion.2.2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
The customer cancels less than 6 hours before the scheduled service (subject to the 25% cancellation fee).The customer was dissatisfied due to personal preference rather than a verifiable service failure.The complaint is submitted more than 24 hours after service completion.The customer refused to allow the Vendor to complete the service without valid reason.2.3. Partial Refunds
In cases where a service was partially delivered or where only part of the service was unsatisfactory, Flashtask.ai may issue a partial refund at its sole discretion, based on the extent of the service failure.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, customers must:
1. Contact Flashtask.ai support via the in-app chat or email [email protected] within 24 hours of the service completion.
2. Provide the booking reference number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (photos, videos, or written description).
3. Our support team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.Flashtask.ai does not charge any processing fee for approved refunds.5. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the matter by emailing [email protected]. All disputes will be reviewed by our senior operations team and resolved within 5 business days.
Persistent unresolved disputes may be referred to the relevant consumer protection authority in the UAE.
6. Amendments
Flasktask.ai reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
