American Professionals United Inc. is committed to the responsible, transparent, and ethical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. This Policy outlines the standards and expectations for all Vendors utilising AI tools, algorithms, or automated systems in connection with the Flashtask.ai platform.

2.1. Transparency and Explainability

Vendors must be transparent about their use of AI in delivering services. Where AI significantly impacts customer outcomes, pricing, or service delivery, Vendors should be able to explain the general logic of the AI system in clear, non-technical language.

2.2. Fairness and Non-Discrimination

AI systems must be designed and operated to avoid bias and discrimination. Vendors must ensure that their AI tools do not unfairly disadvantage any individual or group based on race, gender, age, religion, or any other protected characteristic.

2.3. Privacy and Data Security

Vendors must handle all customer data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and our Vendor Privacy Policy. AI systems must not be used to collect, process, or store customer data beyond what is necessary for service delivery.

2.4. Accountability

Vendors are accountable for the outcomes of AI systems they deploy. Human oversight must be maintained for all AI-driven decisions that significantly impact customers.

3. Prohibited Uses of AI

Vendors are strictly prohibited from using AI to:

Generate false reviews, ratings, or testimonials

Engage in price manipulation or collusion

Discriminate against customers based on protected characteristics

Collect or process customer data without explicit consent

Deceive customers about the nature of automated interactions

4. Compliance and Enforcement

Flashtask.ai reserves the right to audit Vendor AI systems for compliance with this Policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination and may be reported to relevant regulatory authorities.
